TELOS Global specializes in the conception, design, training & consulting services, and production associated with high-quality press hardened steel and aluminum stampings, tooling, and the associated thermal and production equipment.
Positions Available: Production Associate
Shift: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift
Workdays 2nd shift: Monday – Friday 2PM – 10:30PM
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10PM-6:30AM
Base pay: $18.03 per hour
Premium Pay: 2nd shift $.50 per hour 3rd Shift $1.00 per hour
Production Associates are responsible for loading and unloading metal parts to designated machine or basket to ensure each part produced meets quality and safety standards per customer requirements.
Essential Functions:
Laser Operator
- Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on Lasers
- Package parts per packaging standards
- Load and unload Lasers with parts according to schedule
- Ensure production schedule matches parts to be ran for the shift
- Assist in loading and unloading team members machines when production requires additional manpower for to maintain throughput
- Perform minor cleaning of cutting equipment in work area during shift
- Detect and report defective parts or questionable conditions to Supervisor
- Inspect parts for quality and quantity
- Perform shift inspections of Trumpf lasers randomly checking Laser tips
- Hitting O.E. on process
- Other duties and / or responsibilities as assigned
- Inspect all parts for Quality and Quantity
- Pack parts according to packaging instructions
- Learning how to do press change overs
- 5S, Team Work, and Communication with peers
- Perform changeovers
- Communicate with on coming shift daily with any concerns during shift with complete teamwork
- Move and test arms as required during shift
- Keep changeovers completion within 45 minutes
- Report any CI during shift
- Maintain housekeeping during shift
- Continuous standing during 8-hour shift
- Stamping knowledge (preferred)
- Metric system (preferred)
- Repetitively lift up to 16.5 lbs. for an 8-hour shift
- 6 months manufacturing experience
- Must be flexible and dependable
- One or more years’ experience operating Trumpf lasers
- Must be able to read/write as determined by job application
- High school diploma or Equivalent GED
- One year of manufacturing experience

Controls Engineer
Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial processes. Expertise in control systems, programming, and troubleshooting will be crucial in optimizing production processes and enhancing overall system performance.

| · Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. |
| · Collaborate with project teams to define control system requirements and specifications. |
| · Program and configure control systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. |
| · Conduct thorough testing and debugging of control systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions. |
| · Collaborate with engineering to integrate control systems with overall machine design. |
| · Monitor and analyze control system performance data, identify areas for improvement, and proposing appropriate solutions. |
| · Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving control system-related issues. |

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, control systems engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in designing, programming, and implementing control systems for industrial processes.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMI design, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging control systems, with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical components.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to control system design and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Medium to heavy lifting is required.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including increased hours as business demands dictate.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- While interacting on the manufacturing floor, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasional fumes or airborne particles and the noise level is usually loud.
